1. Copyright. All photographs created by Jennifer Bullock are copyright protected. It is a violation of federal copyright law to copy, scan, or allow photographs that Jennifer Bullock have created to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned, or altered (digitally or otherwise), without Jennifer Bullock’s express written permission. The Client agrees to purchase portrait photography prints directly from Jennifer Bullock unless in possession of a cd which can be purchased separately with a print release form signed by Jennifer Bullock, or as part of the purchased portrait package at that time. If the client purchases a cd with a signed print release form, they understand that they are not given permission to alter the images in any way.
*Permissions regarding web images from your preview and ordering: A preview of some of your images will be shown online and you are welcome to snag and save those web-sized images for your own web use and sharing only. They are not for print! However, you understand that you may not snag, tag, take a photo of the images or use them or take them in any way until after you’ve placed your print order.
* Ordering: You also understand that you have seven (7) days to place your order. After 7 days, a $25 late charge will be added to your order. After 60 days of no placed orders at all, your images will be erased from my system.*
2. Payment for services. A non-refundable Portrait fee is due at the signing of this Agreement. This includes all of Jennifer Bullock’s dedicated work time and talent being spent on your session — before, during, and after. This does not include any prints or products, unless purchasing a specially priced package. Clients understand that should need to cancel their appointment for any reason, their session fee will not be refunded. Jennifer Bullock is happy to reschedule your appointment for another future date.
3. Limitation of Liability. While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver the desired images of your session, Jennifer Bullock’s liability to the Client/s for any damage or loss arising during or after the Clients session, is limited to a photo reshoot free of charge – in substitution for the choice of any legal actions. Because of the time spent before, during and after the original session – the sitting fee is non refundable. The Client/s understand that they have the opportunity to view all of their images prior to ordering any prints, cd’s and other products, and that this is their opportunity for determining if they are satisfied with their images or not.
4. Model Release: Jennifer Bullock has the irrevocable right to use the clients photographs for the purpose of copyright, display, portfolio, advertisements, promotions, competitions and review, and any other lawful purposes if necessary. The clients understand that their photographs will be used in good taste. The clients will receive no compensation for the use of their photographs.
